This guy, a former construction worker in Michigan named Wally Wallington (yes, really), has literally figured out how Stonehenge was built: with sticks, stones, leverage, and an amount of strength that a single man is easily capable of providing. How to Make Kinda-Sorta Infrared Goggles for 10 Bucks

Another short but very nifty how-to for you. It…misrepresents what it is, a bit, because it says that these are “infrared” goggles, and what they’re showing you how to do is make a pair of goggles that filter out all light except for light in the near-infrared portion of the spectrum. Humans are not actually capable of seeing light in the infrared spectrum, so anything visible to you through these goggles MUST be light in the visible spectrum since all you’re doing is filtering the light, as opposed to using actual infrared-to-visible converting tubes (this is how real infrared goggles work: they have vacuum tubes in them that convert infrared light and display it as visible light). However, it’s still pretty cool, and for about 10 bucks total…meh, why not? Here’s how to make them:

How to Get a Fruit Inside a Bottle

Just another short video here, not much to add to this. The long and short of it is this: you let the fruit grow inside the bottle. That is, you put the bottle over the fruit while it’s still small enough to fit in, then you let it grow for a few months until just before it’s ripe, pull it off, fill the bottle with a liquor (I suspect that vodka is the hands-down favorite for this) and let it sit and absorb the fruity flavor for a while. How to Boost in MW2 (Modern Warfare 2)

Boosting is a simple way of getting your score/kill ratio up very quickly in a very short period of time. It’s kind of cheating, but it also kind of…works. So, I’ll show you how to do it. It’s easier to just show you than to type it all out, so I found a video that does a great job of showing you how to boost in MW2, here you go:

If you really want every possible advantage you can get, I’d also recommend you check out the MW2 Prestige Edition Strategy Guide, it’s got a complete step-by-step walkthrough of each single-player mission in the game plus highly detailed maps that show intel locations, alternate routes, flanking manoeuvres, etc., definitely worth looking at.

If you’re not already a member at MW2Forum.com, I’d recommend you check that out, too. It’s currently the largest, most active forum online devoted solely to MW2.
