Thanks Josh, can you get decent beef in your neck of the woods?

I can’t get ANY around here in this area of Texas, ironically (get it, Texas, BBQ, etc.? ). When I was in New Orleans Whole Foods had GREAT beef, I mean really good stuff, but the closest one here is in Dallas which is 3 hours in each direction, just a bit too far…

I’ve been wanting prime rib lately, but my community doesn’t have a decent butcher. Thanks for the tip about asking our favorite restaurant to order an extra roast for us. I will be calling up the Albertville Tavern right away!
