Just another short video here, not much to add to this. The long and short of it is this: you let the fruit grow inside the bottle. That is, you put the bottle over the fruit while it’s still small enough to fit in, then you let it grow for a few months until just before it’s ripe, pull it off, fill the bottle with a liquor (I suspect that vodka is the hands-down favorite for this) and let it sit and absorb the fruity flavor for a while.
